Position Overview The Green Lady in Caerphilly is a newly refurbished, high-performing two-door concept pub located on busy Pontygwindy Road. With average weekly sales of £28,500 and a balanced wet and dry mix, this busy, community‑focused pub offers excellent growth potential through enhanced food offerings, community events, and high‑quality guest experiences. Role Responsibilities Care about finding, growing and engaging your team.

Be accountable for running all aspects of your pub. Be passionate about doing the right thing for your staff and your customers. Dream big and think differently about new ways to increase sales and growth.

Celebrate and create a buzz by sharing enjoyable experiences. Deliver engaging events and build strong local connections, driving both guest experience and commercial performance. Manage operations from compliance to stock control.

Qualifications Strong high-volume food experience. Excellent customer service standards. Leadership skills to coach and motivate a team.
