General Manager

LEOFIGS is looking for a General Manager to lead service, staff, and daily operations at our winery, restaurant, and event space in Fishtown. We’re looking for someone calm under pressure, hospitality-driven, highly organized, and capable of leading a team with professionalism and energy. This role oversees floor operations, staffing, guest experience, scheduling, systems, and service standards.

Wine knowledge is a plus. Strong leadership is required. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves restaurants, people, culture, and building something special.
