General Manager

Kontrast Leeds - General Manager Full Time - Must be happy to work weekends We’re opening our second site in Leeds! We're looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead the space day-to-day, build community, encourage connections and shape the team! This is a role for someone who understands both operations and creating an experience – from running a tight ship behind the scenes to creating a warm, welcoming, community-driven space.

What you’ll be responsible for: Overseeing daily operations across sauna, ice baths and café Managing team rotas Maintaining high standards across service, cleanliness and customer experience Handling stock, ordering and suppliers Supporting onboarding and training of new staff You must have: Barista training and café experience Strong understanding of operational management Experience running or supporting a café / hospitality venue Confidence leading a small team and setting standards We’re looking for someone who: Takes ownership of the space Is proactive, organised and calm under pressure Able to protect consistency of the Kontrast brand and atmosphere Experience within events, hospitality and a multi-site venue A True understanding and passion for building community You’ll be supported by the wider Kontrast team, OM and Founder.
