Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: Starting at $55,000+ (based on experience) Quarterly and Milestone Performance Bonus Total Compensation Range: $60,000–$80,000/year Additional Benefits Include 401(k) Health & dental insurance Paid time off Ongoing training & leadership development Career advancement opportunities The Role As the General Manager , you are the leader of your center—responsible for driving culture, performance, and member experience. This is not a traditional 9–5 role. The most successful GMs take ownership, show up for their team, and thrive in a hands‑on, fast‑moving environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and inspire a high‑performing team Oversee sales, operations, and the member experience Partner with the Assistant GM to ensure smooth daily execution Drive center growth through community engagement and strong scheduling Coach 3–5 classes per week and lead from the front Recruit, hire, and develop new coaches Maintain a clean, organized facility with a “roll up your sleeves” mindset Creates a fun, energetic environment where kids and families love coming back What We’re Looking For 1–3+ years of experience in leadership, sales, operations, or customer service Experience with kids, fitness, education, athletics, or youth programs is a plus Strong communication, problem‑solving, and team‑building skills Ability to motivate staff and connect with families Weekend availability required (our busiest and most impactful days) Certifications (can be obtained after hires) CPR Certification First Aid Certification Physical Requirements Ability to stay active and energetic throughout the day Comfortable demonstrating movements and coaching children Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Ready to Make an Impact?
