This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at Junbi, located in Princeton, NJ. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and develop staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of quality and service. Responsibilities include managing budgets, monitoring inventory, implementing company policies, and driving business growth through operational efficiency and team engagement.
What Weβre Looking For 2β5+ years of leadership experience in a cafΓ©, beverage, or fast-casual environment (premium or specialty concepts a plus) A strong operator with experience managing store performance, including sales, labor, and cost of goods A people-first leader who knows how to hire, train, and develop a high-performing, positive team culture Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building genuine community connections Highly organized with the ability to manage scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day operations with consistency and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and leading by example on the floor Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and make decisions in real time Experience maintaining high standards in product quality and brand presentation Interest in wellness, lifestyle brands, and a genuine alignment with the Junbi brand and aesthetic Familiarity with social media, local store marketing, and community engagement is a plus Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
