We are hiring both assistant and senior Management to join the growing team at In Tune Hospitality. We are hiring the position of both General Manager and AGM to open and head up In Tune Hospitality’s brand new concept, scoped to open late Summer, 2026. In Tune Hospitality currently comprises of Nightly's, Uva, Uva Next Door and Keys & Heels.

While we can't share too much about the New Concept just yet, we can tell you that it is located on the same block as all of our sister properties, a unique eco-system of structure and support across varied concepts. The new concept is different to anything else we have in our group, but will have the same high energy, high quality, warm and welcoming feel as all of our others. It will be a lively neighborhood go-to, welcoming everything from your loyal locals grabbing a bite, professionals wining and dining, families, dates, girls nights, jovial nights out, and wild ones on the town.

From a classy happy hour to an energetic late night scene, and everything in between. The room - as with all In Tune Hospitality properties - will be gorgeous but unpretentious, and absolutely New York City. It will be open 7 days a week, from 4pm-with closing ranging from 11 - 1am depending on the night, and weekend brunches starting at 11am.

NOTE: this is not for an immediate hire. We are looking for the right candidate, and ideally looking for a June hire. We are looking for experienced, upbeat, team players with strong people skills - on and off the floor - that can connect with a team and lead by example when managing.

It requires a balance of kind but strong leadership, a calm demeanor, and quick thinking to manage a restaurant/bar - we value and are looking for those skills! General Manager MUST HAVE RESTAURANT OPENING GM EXPERIENCE. As opening GM of In Tune Hospitality’s latest concept, you will work closely with ownership and the executive chef, to curate and develop the concept from back to front of house.

You will be part of the hiring and training of the opening team, setting up systems and SOPs, and getting the restaurant ready to launch. During opening your role will be multi-faceted as you build the plane about to take flight! Once open, you will lead in operations and service.

Must be willing to "roll up the sleeves and get involved" as opposed to only delegating. The responsibilities include: Setting up systems - toast, resy, onboarding, directories, welcome packets, training manuals etc. Working with ownership to tailor and curate the new concept for launch.

Hiring your team - posting ads, interviewing, and building a team. Ensuring all onboarding & HR needs and requirements are met and maintained with every hire. Training Scheduling at least 2 weeks out Promoting a strong culture amongst staff Leading service and elevating standards Making sure service runs smoothly on a nightly basis Supporting your team and being there for patrons Problem solving when issues arise.

Overseeing all aspects of the floor, including but not limited to: greeting guests, assisting FOH staff, assisting guests and partially overseeing the kitchen. Guest relations. A combination of opening and closing, managing efficient service, and leading shifts.

Act as a role model for all front of house team members and continue to coach, mentor and guide the front of house teams. Uplifting and leading your AGM staff to walk in your shoes A firm but fair guidance of your team. Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are followed and completed.

Actively strive to ensure that the company remains compliant with all local, state and federal employment laws and Department of Health standards. Staying up to date on food health & safety standards, making sure we are up to code and above and beyond in cleanliness and safety. Creating systems and checklists to maintain and uphold the last two points.

Payroll Ordering Budgeting & Sales Forecasting & Management Inventory Management organizing & facilitating private events and large reservations Preventing problems from occurring in the first place, but when unpreventable problems happen solve in a quick, responsible, & professional way Requirements: Must have experience in new restaurant openings. At least 6 years of restaurant management experience in a similar caliber concept. Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Comfortable with technology and both creating and operating orderly systems. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to move tables, chairs, sidewalk stanchions, & heavy boxes.

Ability to operate and organize reservation systems and other restaurant management software. Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, and a variable schedule per the needs of the business.

Ability to lead a team and hold them accountable. Team Player attitude. We are looking for someone to be able to make impactful decisions on their own, with the experience to run a room or a restaurant, and make smart decisions without having to rely on ownership.

You will have administrative duties that include payroll, scheduling, hiring, ordering, etc. We are looking for someone who will stay and grow with the company in the long term.

AGM Must have prior AGM experience . As opening AGM of In Tune Hospitality’s latest concept, you will work alongside your GM and ownership to curate and finesse the concept. You will be part of the hiring and training of the opening team, setting up systems and SOPs, and getting the restaurant ready to launch.

The role will include both floor and guest facing as well as admin responsibilities. You will oversee all aspects of the floor, including and not limited to, greeting guests, assisting FOH staff, assisting guests and supporting the kitchens needs. You will have administrative duties that may include payroll, scheduling, hiring, ordering, etc.
