Position Overview We are seeking a highly hands‑on, results‑driven operator to lead sales and marketing across a portfolio of two immersive exhibitions and one bar/nightlife venues in Las Vegas. This is not a traditional “manager” role. We are looking for a doer—someone who can personally build, execute, optimize, and scale marketing and revenue strategies that drive ticket sales, increase per‑cap spend, and maximize profitability across all venues.
You will own the full funnel—from strategy to execution to performance tracking—with a clear mandate: increase revenue and profit through smarter, more effective marketing. This role will support our President & CEO, Vice President, Marketing & Communications with dotted line reporting to Director of Branded Content and Strategic Partnerships. Revenue Growth & Accountability Own and drive ticket sales and venue revenue performance across all properties Identify and execute opportunities to increase attendance, conversion rates, and per‑cap spend Continuously optimize pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies Develop and implement integrated marketing plans across: Organic/social channels Email and CRM Partnerships and local activations Personally build, launch, and optimize campaigns—this is a hands‑on role Test aggressively and iterate quickly to improve performance Performance Analytics & Optimization Analyze all existing marketing efforts in detail: what’s working, what’s not, & where money is being wasted Build and maintain clear reporting dashboards: CAC (cost per ticket sold), ROAS, conversion rates, & channel performance Use data to make fast, decisive optimizations Tactical Execution Own day‑to‑day execution of campaigns, including: ad creative direction, targeting strategy, budget allocation, & A/B testing Work closely with creative teams (or directly produce assets) to ensure: high‑performing ads, & strong conversion messaging Partnerships & Distribution Develop and manage relationships with: hotel concierges, tourism partners, ticketing platforms, & local businesses Identify and execute new distribution channels to drive ticket sales Location & Expansion Development Identify and evaluate new venue opportunities on the Las Vegas Strip Build relationships with landlords, operators, and partners Support negotiations and site selection for future growth Required Qualifications 5–10+ years in marketing, growth, or revenue roles Experience driving ticketed experiences, hospitality, or entertainment venues strongly preferred Proven success managing paid media campaigns directly Experience optimizing conversion funnels and customer acquisition cost Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Operator mindset — you execute, not just direct Highly analytical and data‑driven Relentless focus on revenue and ROI Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment Strong bias toward action and accountability Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with themed entertainment or attraction industry contracts Knowledge of intellectual property licensing and entertainment law Familiarity with construction and development agreements Experience with international contracts and compliance requirements Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities Proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with various stakeholders Detail‑oriented with high accuracy in document preparation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical and Mental Requirements Ability to function in high‑pressure situations.
Manual dexterity to operate a computer. Correctable vision and hearing. Excellent interpersonal skills.
Clear, easy to understand oral communication ability. Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally for the purpose of moving equipment on and off shelves. Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
Ability to sit for long periods. Capability to read, write, and understand English. Skilled in the use of computer and office equipment.
Proficient in activities requiring manual dexterity of both hands. Travel domestically and/or internationally based on business need. Primarily an onsite position.
