Job Description
Overseeing all front of house and back of house operations, ensuring profitability, high quality food and superior guest service. Responsible for, among other duties, recruiting, training, and coaching staff, enforcing safety procedures and managing inventory, with Tuesday and Wednesday off. Weekends and holidays mandatory.
