Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Miami, FL, for a General Manager at HOUSE KIKI. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and achieving financial performance targets.

The General Manager will also lead training initiatives, maintain operational safety and quality standards, and foster a dynamic, customer-focused environment. Collaboration with the leadership team to implement strategic initiatives and maintain the brand’s reputation is also a key aspect of the role. Qualifications Proven financial acumen, including budget management, P&L analysis, and setting financial goals Strong team leadership, staff management, and team‑building skills Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution abilities Experience in restaurant operations, food and beverage management, and hospitality standards Strong communication, organizational, and decision‑making skills Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Minimum of 5 years of management experience in high‑volume, high‑energy hospitality settings Proficiency with industry‑standard software and tools for operations, scheduling, and inventory management Passion for delivering elevated culinary and lifestyle experiences #J-18808-Ljbffr
