Overview Flynn Hut joined the Pizza Hut system in 2021. In 2023, we expanded internationally by acquiring Pizza Hut’s master franchisee in Australia with 260+ units. Today we are the largest Pizza Hut franchisee in the world with 1200+ locations and are operating in 2 Countries.

We continue to grow by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators. We are one of seven premier brands of Flynn Group, which was founded in 1999 by Greg Flynn. It has grown since then to the largest franchise operator in the world.

Flynn owns and operates a diversified portfolio of restaurants in iconic, world-class brands across diverse segments, including Applebee’s, Arby’s, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy’s and Planet Fitness. Our primary mission is to be the premier operator within each of these brands. We will achieve this by focusing on our core values; Care Genuinely for People, Play like a Champion and Win as One.

Responsibilities Lead teams, hire and train staff, and deliver outstanding service to guests. Guide others in learning new things and motivate them to work together on restaurant goals, team development, food safety, P&L management, marketing, and more. Operate as a Restaurant General Manager to manage day-to-day operations and performance.

Qualifications Experienced restaurant or retail manager seeking to advance their management career. Ability to lead, hire, train, and develop teams; commitment to delivering excellent guest service. Willingness to learn, guide others, and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
