About the Role General Managers within MML are responsible for assisting with overall operations of our restaurant including guest satisfaction, team development, financial performance, and brand integrity.

Assist with hiring, training, and leading staff while fostering a positive, growth-oriented work environment.
Maintain high standards in food, service, and hospitality through hands-on supervision and mentoring. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability. Support marketing efforts, programming, and guest engagement strategies to drive traffic and retention.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth front and back-of-house coordination. Uphold health, safety, and regulatory compliance at all times. Build strong community relationships and a loyal base of regular guests.

Experience: At least two years of progressive management experience in the restaurant industry, with a preference for boutique or upscale dining establishments.
