General Manager (GM) – Atlanta, GA As a General Manager (GM), you’ll provide reliable financial solutions to help customers manage everyday challenges. Your Opportunity Titlemax is looking for a dedicated General Manager to oversee store operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Compensation Hourly pay rate of $19.25 and eligible for performance bonuses. This rate represents the base pay for the position and is part of a comprehensive Total Compensation package.

Business casual dress code, including jeans and sneakers. What You’ll Do – Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage overall store performance to meet or exceed company standards. Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth, including training on systems, company standards, account management, recovery, and performance reporting.

Drive local marketing initiatives, identify partnership opportunities, obtain referrals, host and participate in community and in‑store events to generate growth and revenue. Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and transactions, assessing risk within established limits. Enforce quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws; participate in audits and compliance reviews as directed.

Supervise office security, cash management, and loss prevention, verifying cash overages/shortages, vault, inventory, deposits, and expenses. Conduct proper opening and closing procedures and train new staff in keyholder duties. Participate in hiring, reviewing, and retaining new employees.

Develop work schedules in accordance with budget, workload, and store needs to ensure optimal staffing. Handle complex customer situations with integrity and professionalism. Maintain store appearance and address facility needs, including scheduling maintenance, overseeing planograms, and ensuring promotional materials are displayed properly.

Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, handling multiple tasks to meet individual and team performance standards. Maintain a full‑time schedule, including weekends, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Work hours and schedule may be subject to change; consult recruiter for current requirements.

Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, finance, service, or related industry. Operational leadership experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using phones, point of sale, Microsoft Office, and related systems. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for use during workday (mileage compensated).

Minimum age of 18 years (19 in Alabama). Background check required; results considered in accordance with applicable law. Physical ability to stand up to 90% of the time, move up to 25 pounds, and operate mechanical controls.

Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or higher. Experience with check cashing, document verification, money order processing. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required for certain locations.
