Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Analyze the clients needs in relation to the available properties Monitor the standards of the CMS in terms of the quality of customer service and the sites surroundings Promote activities to the residents Manage the office supplies Organize and host leisure activities based on residents' interests Participate in special projects when assigned to you Produce required reports Ensure that business processes are effective and resident services are of a high quality Ensure information is disseminated throughout the complex Responsible for marketing the property to maintain full occupency Provide a high level of customer service Ensure optimal management of your building Plan the arrivals and departures of residents Supervise outsie contractors working in the building Work to ensure that the teams skills and knowledge is updated and maintained The ideal person has : Enjoy contact with people Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills Sense of autonomy developed, takes initiatives, organized, engaged and creative Be action-oriented and results Autonomy, dynamism, versatility, sense of organization and initiative Required qualifications : Ease in the use of computer tools Bilingualism both oral and written A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset) A working knowledge of real estate management What will you be offered: Cellular provided Computer is provided Recognition program Yearly salary to be discussed.
