The General Manager will manage the overall restaurant to ensure we are the 1st Choice for our Guests and Employees. How You Make a Difference Every Day Meeting budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P&L Analyzing data and developing plans to improve sales, profits, service, and efficiency Determining staffing needs and hiring suitable candidates Ensuring proper staffing for consistent operations and Guest satisfaction Training Team Members and Managers on operations, policies, procedures, and Guest service Responding to complaints and violations Providing feedback and coaching to employees Maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for employees and Guests What’s In It for You?
