About the Role As a CBRE General Manager, you will manage all aspects of a single high‑profile asset or portfolio of commercial properties for multiple owners. Oversee all marketing, operations and financial activities. This job is part of the Property Management job function.

They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group. What You’ll Do Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, oversee recruitment and hiring of new employees. Respond to tenant needs, ensuring administrative and technical staff resolve problems promptly; ensure services comply with policies, procedures, regulations, contractual obligations and standards.

Ensure periodic property inspections, recommend and approve alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as necessary; contract for and supervise vendor services as required. At owner’s discretion, market and lease the property, qualify and show space to prospective tenants, negotiate new leases and renewals, coordinate tenant move‑ins/move‑outs and walk‑through spaces with tenants and the tenant improvement department. Act as primary contact with property owners to ensure objectives are met; prepare and deliver timely, accurate and complete reports.

Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses, forecast management plans and prepare monthly performance reports, explaining variances. Collect rent and pay expenses in compliance with lease terms, prepare required legal notices, recommend and coordinate legal action as necessary. Review and reconcile tenant rent and CAM recovery charges.

Negotiate early terminations of leases, provide lease analysis for client review and approval, document settlement and notify affected parties. Support all property sales by overseeing due diligence and monitoring activity of outside brokers. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5‑8 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Real Estate license if state required. Ability to lead exchange of sensitive, complicated and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines and department.

In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset. Compensation & Benefits The minimum salary for the Property Manager position is $160,000 annually and the maximum salary is $170,000 annually.

Compensation will depend on skills, qualifications and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s benefit program. Benefits include 401(k), dental, health, life and vision insurance.
