Pay Range: (Minimum to mid pay range specific to (OHI,DEL,NY,CA,CO,WA,MD,CT,IL,NV,,KY,MI,NJ,ME,MO,MA,MT) 119,200.00 - 149,000.00 USD Annual Responsibilities Responsible for leading and organizing business operations across a strategic market, potentially including multiple branch locations to service customers such as cash in transit and money processing operations. Mentor, cultivate, and empower direct reports to excel in their job functions by promoting a culture around Brink’s core values. Hire, develop, and train employees that emulate and enhance Brink’s core values, ensuring that they are maintained through leadership by example and continued communication.
Work with HR partners and direct reports to identify the right people in the right seats and understand capabilities and skill sets for succession planning and development. Ability to drive results and promote positive change while encouraging teamwork and decisive decision‑making skills. Develop strategic plans and effectively communicate objectives.
Effectively collaborate with other departments such as customer support, sales, product support, and finance to ensure customer experience expectations are met and exceeded. Manage a large profit and loss statement for the market, including annual operating plans and income statements. Focus on continuous improvement and identify root causes and corrective actions to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
Ensure that the market is the most efficient, quality‑oriented, highest‑value provider of services such as CIT, ATM, Coin, Currency, Check, and CompuSafe, by establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Identify new opportunities for Brink’s products within the appropriate markets, understanding competitive circumstances, including identity, operational characteristics, market pricing, and market impact. Proactively reduce risk exposure by maintaining high quality standards in day‑to‑day operations and customer service expectations, emphasizing safety, cleanliness, and security measures.
Support, coach, and provide leadership to Branch Managers, Managers, Cash Logistics, and Route Logistics across all areas of operations, including risk, quality, and HR management. Provide counsel to the market management team and interface between market management and headquarters staff to ensure maximum efficiency in execution and communication on regional initiatives (IT, Legal, HR, Finance). Provide direction to City Managers, Managers, Cash Logistics, and Route Logistics in achieving short‑ and long‑term business objectives and financial results.
Establish and maintain accountability at all levels of the market; maintain positive employee relations and work environment, support recruitment, development, and retention initiatives. Lead through lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies—Six Sigma, Kanban, 5S, Tim Wood’s 7 Wastes—while promoting a culture that changes the status quo and improves operations and enhances customer experience. Ability to travel within a defined area 40‑70% of the time.
