OUTLAW PIZZA General Manager Full-Time Who We Are Outlaw Pizza is an independent, locally owned pizza joint built on bold flavors, real ingredients, and an unapologetic love for great food. We're not a franchise and we don't run like one. Our GM isn't a paper-pusher — they're a hands‑on leader who takes ownership of everything that happens inside these four walls and keeps the team fired up to deliver the best slice in town.

The Role We're looking for a scrappy, experienced General Manager who thrives in an independent environment where no two days are the same. You'll have real authority and real accountability — setting the tone for the team, owning the numbers, and making sure every guest leaves a fan. If you love providing top‑notch customer service, and love running a tight ship, this is your place.

What You'll Own Day‑to‑Day Operations Run daily operations from open to close — prep, service, and everything in between Ensure full compliance with sanitation, and local health codes Keep the dining room clean, organized, and guest‑ready always Manage FOH equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs with owner Your Team Hire, train, and develop a crew of passionate, dependable people Build weekly schedules that balance great coverage with smart labor costs Lead by example — jump in behind the bar, run food, and do what needs to be done Deliver honest feedback, recognize great work, and handle performance issues head‑on Create a culture where people want to show up and do their best work The Numbers Own liquor/beer cost, labor cost, and controllable expenses Manage FOH ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships to minimize waste and maximize value Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliation, and deposits Identify opportunities to grow sales and report results directly to ownership Guest Experience Set the standard for hospitality — every guest, every visit, no exceptions Handle complaints directly and turn unhappy guests into regulars Be a visible, approachable presence in the restaurant and in the community What You Bring 2–4+ years of restaurant management experience; independent or pizza background a strong plus Genuine love for food and an understanding of what makes great pizza Track record of managing costs and hitting targets in a hands‑on environment ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days Comfortable working without a corporate playbook — you figure things out and get it done Strong communicator, natural leader, and someone your team will follow into the weeds Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as the business demands What We Offer Competitive salary: $55,000–$65,000 depending on experience Performance bonus tied to sales and profitability goals Paid time off Free meals Direct line to ownership — your ideas will be heard and acted on The chance to help shape and grow a local brand from the inside Outlaw Pizza is an equal opportunity employer.
