General Manager

About the Role We’re looking for a General Manager – Operations & Execution to own and run a critical business function end-to-end on-ground . This role will be responsible for ensuring that all processes run with discipline, predictability, and consistent output . The focus is not on building new frameworks, but on: Driving execution, enforcing systems, and delivering outcomes at scale.

Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Funnel Ownership Own the complete execution lifecycle from initiation to final outcome Drive team performance on key metrics such as throughput, conversion, and turnaround time Ensure strict adherence to defined processes, trackers, and workflows Monitor pipeline health daily and take corrective actions proactively Ensure the function runs like a well-oiled, metrics-driven engine 2. Lifecycle Management Own end-to-end lifecycle execution including onboarding, active phase, and exits Ensure seamless execution of documentation, coordination, and system readiness Manage queries, escalations, and issue resolution with speed and ownership Enforce discipline frameworks across attendance, timelines, and behaviour Maintain high data accuracy and system hygiene across all trackers Requirements 4–10 years of experience in General Management, Operations, or Execution-heavy roles Strong ability to own and run processes end-to-end High bias for action, accountability, and problem-solving Comfortable working with metrics, trackers, and performance reviews Experience managing teams or leading execution units preferred Startup/scale-up mindset with strong ownership and adaptability Why Join Us?
