Job Title General Manager Location Atlanta Reporting to Vice President of Operations Position Overview As the General Manager of F1 Arcade, you will spearhead the daily operations of our cuttingâedge concept, where dining meets dynamic entertainment. Key Areas of Responsibility Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, ensuring the seamless integration of dining and entertainment services while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, implementing costâcontrol measures and revenueâgenerating strategies to drive profitability.
Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Guest Experience Excellence: Champion a guestâfirst approach by developing and maintaining service standards that create memorable and engaging experiences for every visitor. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement shortâ and longâterm strategies that align with the brandâs vision, positioning F1 Arcade as a leader in the competitive hospitality market.
Skills Required Experience: Minimum of at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, or a related field. Proven expertise in operational management, financial oversight, and team leadership within fastâpaced, dynamic environments is essential. Leadership & Team Management: Demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor, and manage a diverse team while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Financial Acumen: Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and managing P&L to drive profitability and ensure fiscal responsibility. Strategic Planning: Expertise in developing and implementing business strategies that align with longâterm goals and market trends. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective stakeholder engagement and team coordination.
Operational Management: Comprehensive understanding of dayâtoâday operations in hospitality and entertainment, including vendor relations and service delivery. ProblemâSolving & DecisionâMaking: Ability to analyze situations quickly, resolve issues efficiently, and make informed decisions under pressure. Customer Service Orientation: A deep commitment to enhancing the guest experience, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.

Basic Physical Requirements Team members must be able to perform the duties of that venue. Duties include sitting for short periods, frequent use of a cloudâbased video conferencing system and phone, tending to and manipulating objects constantly, lifting up to 10 (ten) pounds constantly and up to 50 (fifty) pounds as required. Tasks may involve lifting from floor to shoulder, twisting and reaching frequently, and moving objects constantly.
Work may be performed in hot then cold environments for extended periods. Frequent hand washing and sanitation is required. Team members may need to use knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation equipment.
