ABOUT US Andréa Kọsta is a contemporary luxury menswear brand founded in Liverpool by Andrea and Konstantinos — two individuals united by a shared love of fine tailoring, distinct personal style, and a deep Mediterranean heritage that runs through the soul of the brand. Their story began in 2013 when the two met while working together in luxury fashion. Two years later, with a mutual vision to create a modern menswear brand that honoured traditional craftsmanship while offering a fresh perspective, they set about building something distinctive.

In 2017, Andréa Kọsta was born — originally known as Sarto Luxury Tailoring — from a fourth-floor showroom on Liverpool's Victoria Street, specialising in made-to-measure and made-to-order menswear for those seeking a truly personalised fit. From those early roots the brand has grown steadily, earning a loyal following both within the city and beyond. In 2020, a landmark move to Duke Street cemented its position in Liverpool's fashion landscape, attracting local and international clientele seeking an uncompromising luxury experience.

In 2024, the brand unveiled a beautifully revitalised space under its founders' name, expanding into a curated ready-to-wear collection alongside its renowned bespoke services. Today, Andréa Kọsta offers made-to-measure suits, jackets, shirts, trousers, overcoats, made-to-order knitwear and footwear, a growing ready-to-wear line, and a carefully selected range of accessories — all underpinned by an unwavering commitment to quality, craft, and client. With an international boutique now open in Kifisia, Athens, and ambitious plans for further expansion across the UK, this is a brand on the move.

The founders are focused on taking Andréa Kọsta to the next level — and this role is central to that ambition. THE ROLE This is a pivotal appointment at one of the most exciting moments in Andréa Kọsta's journey. With the founders looking to focus their energy on strategic growth, they are seeking a General Manager to own the day-to-day running of the Liverpool flagship — becoming the heartbeat of the business on the ground.

More than an operational role, this is an opportunity to shape the future of a brand with genuine momentum. A significant part of this remit will involve taking a lead role in evaluating and driving the opening of a potential new location in Manchester. You will be the commercial and cultural leader of the store — setting the tone, inspiring the team, championing the client, and delivering results.

You'll work in close partnership with the founders, with real autonomy and genuine influence over the direction of the business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership & People – Lead, coach and inspire the store team to consistently deliver exceptional performance and service – Build and sustain a high-performance, client-first culture that reflects brand values – Recruit, develop and retain outstanding people — creating a team that takes pride in what they do – Act as the most senior brand ambassador in the building, setting standards through your own actions Commercial Performance – Take full ownership of store P&L — driving sales, managing costs and delivering profitability – Identify commercial opportunities and act on them with pace and confidence – Build strategies to grow revenue, improve conversion, increase average transaction value and strengthen client retention – Monitor performance data and translate insights into decisive action Client Experience – Ensure a best-in-class luxury experience at every client touchpoint, from first contact to final fitting – Build personal, lasting relationships with key clients — becoming a trusted advisor to the brand's most loyal customers – Champion a culture of personalised service where every client feels genuinely valued Operations & Standards – Oversee smooth daily operations across the Liverpool boutique – Maintain exemplary standards in tailoring delivery, made-to-measure service, stock management and visual presentation – Ensure operational processes are efficient, consistent and in keeping with the brand's premium positioning Expansion & Growth – Play a central role in planning and executing the launch of a potential Manchester location – Work closely with the founders to contribute to broader strategic decisions and growth initiatives – Bring an entrepreneurial approach to identifying new ways to grow the brand's reach and reputation Marketing & Brand – Support the execution of marketing campaigns and in-store activations – Leverage digital and social channels to build brand awareness and strengthen client engagement – Contribute to an integrated omni-channel approach, ensuring a seamless experience online and in-store WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for a values-led luxury retail leader who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and leads through exceptional client experience, premium standards and people development.
