Gen AI Engineer

About Position: We are seeking for Gen AI Engineer with hands on experience in Gen AI, Agentic AI, AWS,MCP. Role: Gen AI Engineer Location: All Persistent Location Experience: 5 to 8 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Manage full lifecycle of AI/ML and GenAI projects from planning to deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, milestones, and deliverables.

Oversee sprint planning, progress tracking, and risk management. Ensure quality, scalability, and business alignment of AI solutions. Communicate project updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Expertise You'll Bring: Candidate must be a Computer Science graduate or from an IT stream. Should have a minimum of 56 years overall experience. Candidate must have initial experience in core Machine Learning, followed by transition into Generative AI.

Requires ~3 years of GenAI experience and 6+ months Agentic AI experience. Preference: LangGraph Alternative (if LangGraph not available): CrewAI or AutoGen Candidate must have worked on multi-agent systems and MCP (Model Context Protocol). Should possess a strong understanding of core ML models and Deep Learning.
