  • Handle enquiries and prepare booking information using approved packages and prices.

  • Monitor attendance and customer feedback, identifying opportunities to improve existing sessions.
  • Record enquiries, follow-up actions and booking progress in the agreed system.
  • Provide approved content and useful programme information to support marketing.
  • Work with the Centre Manager to grow bookings while considering staffing, resources and delivery costs.

Daytime administration and customer support

  • Answer telephone and email enquiries during allocated administration blocks.
  • Check programme bookings, participant requirements and upcoming session arrangements.
  • Support reception and retail customers when appropriate.
  • Prepare resources and complete agreed operational tasks.
  • Use scheduled time to develop education and course bookings as well as prepare existing sessions.

  • A practical interest in gaming, technology or creative education.
  • Confidence engaging children, adults and people with different support needs.
  • Reliability, good organis
