Job Description

Since 2012, Czerwone Noski Foundation has been providing emotional support to children, seniors and their families in hospitals and care facilities. Our professional medical clowns help tame the stress, anxiety and loneliness associated with illness by using humor, mindfulness and artistic communication tools. We are the only foundation in Poland whose clowns also regularly work in operating rooms, supporting young patients in the most demanding moments of treatment.

Our teams run regular programs in hospitals in the largest cities in Polish. We belong to the international group Red Noses International.

In connection with the development of the foundation, we are looking for:

Fundraising Manager

Place of work: Warsaw

Main tasks

  • Creating and implementing the Foundation's fundraising strategy in cooperation with the Managing Director and other team members.
  • Managing the fundraising team, setting goals, monitoring their implementation and supporting employee development.
  • Planning, coordinating and implementing fundraising campaigns, with particular emphasis on digital activities, 1.5% campaigns and direct marketing.
  • Designing the donor journey and developing processes related
  • to the acquisition, service, maintenance and reactivation of donors.
  • Creating and implementing fundraising processes and work standards, including donor care processes, reporting and monitoring the effectiveness of activities.
  • Managing the donor database and using CRM systems for activity planning, segmentation, communication automation and performance analysis.
  • Preparing reports, analyses and recommendations to support the evaluation of the effectiveness of fundraising activities and planning future campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate data into specific actions to increase the effectiveness of donor acquisition and retention.
  • Creating cyclical management reports for decision-making, campaign planning and fundraising strategy development.
  • Planning the fundraising budget, controlling costs and being responsible for achieving the assumed revenue goals.
  • Cooperation with external partners, agencies, service providers and other departments of the Foundation in the implementation of campaigns and projects.
  • Planning, coordinating and implementing the Foundation's marketing activities, including ensuring the consistency of the Foundation's image and brand development.
  • Searching for new fundraising opportunities and testing new
  • fundraising channels and tools.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, or a related area related to acquiring and retaining customers, donors, or recipients.
  • Experience in planning, executing and analysing marketing or fundraising campaigns, particularly in digital channels.
  • Experience in coordinating other people's work, running projects, or managing a small team.
  • Practical knowledge of various channels and methods of raising funds or clients and building long‑term relationships with your audience.
  • Experience in working with databases and CRM systems.
  • Ability to design, implement and improve processes related to the acquisition, service and retention of donors, customers or other groups of recipients.
  • The ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make decisions based on performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience in preparing reports, analyses and recommendations supporting the evaluation of the effectiveness of activities and planning subsequent campaigns.
  • Ability to manage many projects in parallel and very good organization of own work.
  • Independence, responsibility and readiness to take the initiative.
  • Higher education.
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.

Welcome

  • Experience in individual fundraising, direct marketing, 1.5% campaigns or digital fundraising.
  • Experience in an NGO, charity or international environment.
  • Experience in team management and developing employee competencies.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and tools supporting segmentation and personalization of communication.
  • Experience in designing the donor journey and donor care processes.
  • Experience in working with marketing agencies, media houses or external service providers.
  • Practical knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI)-based tools supporting data analysis, content creation, process automation, and campaign planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of trends and good practices in fundraising, digital marketing and building long‑term relationships with recipients.

  • Salary in the range of PLN 10,000–11,000 gross per month (employment contract, full-time).
