Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer with 6–8 years of experience to design and deliver scalable enterprise product features across front-end and back-end layers. The ideal candidate will have strong engineering fundamentals, hands-on experience building production-grade applications, and the ability to work effectively with modern AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality and maintainability. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end product features across front-end and back-end layers. • Build scalable, secure, and maintainable services, APIs, and user-facing functionality. • Collaborate with product, design, QA, and architecture teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. • Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to application architecture decisions. • Integrate front-end applications with backend services, APIs, and enterprise systems. • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices. • Support CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and release activities. • Troubleshoot defects, performance issues, and integration issues across the stack. • Use AI-assisted development tools effectively for coding, debugging, testing, refactoring, and documentation. • Stay current with emerging engineering practices, frameworks, and delivery methods.
Required Skills & Experience • 6–8 years of software development experience, with a strong combination of front-end and back-end engineering. • Strong hands-on programming experience in Java and Python, with ability to build scalable backend services and APIs in both. • Hands-on experience with React for front-end development. • Good understanding of REST APIs, integration patterns, authentication, authorization, and secure application design. • Experience with databases, data modeling, and query optimization. • Knowledge of software design principles, object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms. • Experience with modern development practices including unit testing, code reviews, branching strategies, and CI/CD. • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or other cloud environments. • Experience with containers and deployment concepts such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus. • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system troubleshooting skills. AI-Assisted Engineering • Demonstrated ability to use AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, Aider, Codex, or similar. • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity in code generation, debugging, testing, refactoring, and documentation. • Ability to use AI responsibly while maintaining engineering quality, security, and code review discipline. Education • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred.
Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in enterprise product environments. • Exposure to distributed systems and microservices-based architecture. • Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and performance tuning. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
