Become a vital part of policy development as a Policy Analyst in Winnipeg. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this full-time position involves evaluating current policies and proposing new programs.

You will utilize research and analytical methodologies like SWOT analysis to provide insights and assess policy implications. Engage with diverse partners and stakeholders to ensure recommendations meet the needs of First Nations communities.
