Full-Stack Software Developer

Xynysys is building a technology practice focused on thoughtful software engineering, digital platforms and practical business systems. This role is intended for a developer comfortable moving between product requirements, frontend implementation, backend services and data.

What you would work on

• Build and evolve web applications and digital platforms.
• Design maintainable APIs and backend services.
• Translate product and business requirements into reliable software.
• Participate in code review, testing, deployment and technical documentation.

What we value

• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development.
• Experience with React and at least one backend ecosystem.
• Understanding of APIs, relational or document databases, Git and deployment workflows.
• Clear communication and a preference for maintainable solutions over unnecessary complexity.
