Full Stack Engineer

We're building the AI-powered operating system for senior care—transforming how skilled nursing facilities handle complex workflows like Medicaid verification and financial tracking. Our platform saves care teams hours daily by processing thousands of documents with AI, automatically classifying statements, extracting data, and surfacing insights so facilities can focus on care, not paperwork. We're a small, focused team shipping to production multiple times daily.

Your code goes live within your first week. The Role We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who owns complete features—from database design to deployed UI. You'll work directly with leadership, hear from customers, and ship solutions the same day.

You’ll work across our stack: Build intuitive React interfaces for complex healthcare data Design robust Express APIs with audit logging Write AI prompts that classify documents and extract financial data Architect job queues for multi-step processing workflows Deploy changes to production daily What You’ll Do - Own Features End-to-End Design database schemas with Prisma migrations Build backend services with proper error handling Create polished frontend experiences with Next.js and Tailwind Deploy, monitor, and iterate based on real usage Build AI-Powered Workflows Work with Google Vertex AI (Gemini), OpenAI, and Claude Design prompts for document classification and financial data extraction Build workflow systems with BullMQ that coordinate AI processing Experiment with OCR and evaluate model performance Ship Rapidly with Quality Write maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage Multiple deployments per day, with confidence Follow through on bugs and own your work AI: Google Vertex AI (Gemini 2.5), OpenAI GPT-4o, Anthropic Claude, Vercel AI SDK Testing: Vitest, Playwright, ESLint, TypeScript strict mode What We’re Looking For Required: 5+ years building production web applications Experience with Next.js, React, Express.js, Prisma Tailwind CSS experience Mindset Self-starter who makes decisions and moves forward Ownership mentality—see features through to production and maintenance Good judgment on speed vs. scale trade-offs Clear communicator who writes helpful documentation Curiosity about AI and LLMs Bonus Experience with BullMQ, Redis, or distributed job systems Healthcare tech, fintech, or compliance domain experience Familiarity with AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex) Document processing or OCR systems experience Early-stage startup background Why Reap Real Impact — Your software directly improves senior care operations High Leverage — Small team, big problems.
