Job Description Job Description Job Summary: A leading nutraceutical/pharmaceutical manufacturer in Miramar, FL is seeking a motivated and experienced Fulfillment Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee the timely and accurate processing of orders, manage inventory levels, and ensure efficient order fulfillment, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee fulfillment operations to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs while maintaining quality. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of fulfillment associates to achieve departmental goals. Collaborate with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Qualifications: Previous experience in fulfillment or logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency required).

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
