Job Description
Role: Front End Developer (React)
Location: 100% Remote (Client is in Minnesota)
Duration: 6-12+ months + Potential extensions
Work Timings: (3PM – 12AM IST) OR (4PM – 1AM IST)
Must Have:
- 6+ years of professional front-end development experience
- Current React + TypeScript expert level skills
- Experience working in and maintaining long-lived production codebases
- Strong understanding of React interactions with APIs and real-time events/client-server communication
- Experience improving front-end applications, not just executing tickets
- Ability to write, review, and maintain automated tests to identify and prevent bugs
- Strong ability to take ambiguous requirements and translate them into clear technical tasks, acceptance criteria, and actionable work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Plus:
- Experience with Vite and modern React development practices
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps
- Experience with cloud-based CI/CD pipelines
- Experience using or extending AI-assisted coding/development tools
- Background in industrial engineering, equipment engineering, or industrial technology
- Experience working across multiple development teams or product areas
