Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable frontend architecture using modular and monorepo approaches Build and maintain n high-quality web applications using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS Define and enforce frontend best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization strategies Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams Drive technical decision-making and architecture discussions Mentor and guide frontend developers, conduct code reviews, and improve team productivity Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO performance Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design standards Manage CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines for frontend applications Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements Required Skills & Qualifications: 6 to 9 years of experience in frontend development Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js Deep understanding of modular architecture and monorepo (e.g., Nx, Turborepo, Lerna) Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and modern UI development practices Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar) Solid understanding of SSR, SSG, and performance optimization Experience integrating with REST APIs / GraphQL Strong experience with Git and version control workflows
