Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Frontend Developer role based in the Greater Kolkata Area.

The Frontend Developer will translate UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible, and high-performing web interfaces using modern frontend technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining user-facing features, optimizing page performance, debugging and resolving UI issues, and ensuring consistent cross-browser and cross-device behavior. The role involves close collaboration with designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders to deliver features from concept to deployment.

The developer will also participate in code reviews, follow best practices for version control, and contribute to improving frontend architecture, documentation, and overall user experience. Qualifications Strong Front-End Development skills, including building modern, interactive user interfaces and working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Experience with Responsive Web Design, ensuring consistent behavior and layout across devices, screen sizes, and browsers.

Solid foundation in Web Development concepts, including web standards, accessibility, performance optimization, and security best practices. Understanding of Software Development principles, such as modular design, clean code, testing, and version control (e.g., Git). Familiarity with Back-End Web Development concepts and APIs to integrate frontend components with server-side services.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area, collaborate effectively in a team, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with modern frontend frameworks or libraries (such as React, Angular, or Vue) and build tools (such as Webpack, Vite, or similar) is highly beneficial.
