Front End Web Developer

• Develop Front End websites using modern front-end technologies and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)).
• Develop modular, reusable front-end components using React
• Implement and maintain web accessibility standards, ensuring WCAG 2.0 AA compliance.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining responsive, accessible, secure, and high-performing digital applications and websites using modern front-end technologies and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The role works closely with designers, architects, product owners, and delivery teams to deliver scalable digital solutions that provide excellent user experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Experience of working with AEM components, Client Libraries (Clientlibs), HTL/Sightly templates, and authoring dialogs.
• Implement and maintain web accessibility standards, ensuring WCAG 2.0 AA compliance.
• Apply secure coding practices and support compliance with OWASP security standards.
• Manage source code and version control using Git.
• Participate in Agile delivery activities including planning, estimation, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to technical standards, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

Technical Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with React and modern front-end development frameworks.
• Experienced in developing solutions within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Knowledge of AEM component development, HTL/Sightly, Clientlibs, and dialog configuration.
• Understanding of front-end build tools and source control practices (Git).
• Strong knowledge of web accessibility, responsive design, and performance optimisation.
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and secure development practices.

Preferred Experience

• 10+ years of experience in UI/front development.
• Proven experience in React and modern front-end development frameworks Experience in Utilities, Water, Energy, Manufacturing, or Infrastructure sectors.
