Job Title Front-End Reusable Components Developer Experience Required 3+ Years Location Nagpur, Noida, Hyderabad End Client Confidential Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer with expertise in reusable UI components, Native Web Components, Modern CSS, and TypeScript development. The ideal candidate will contribute to enterprise-level design systems, UI tooling initiatives, and scalable front-end architecture across multiple teams. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Lit/LitElement, Shadow DOM, Angular 11+, and modern browser-native technologies, along with the ability to build lightweight tooling and maintain efficient development workflows.
Key Responsibilities Develop reusable browser-native web components using Lit/LitElement and TypeScript Build modern, framework-independent CSS solutions using: CSS Grid Flexbox CSS Custom Properties Work extensively with Shadow DOM patterns, constraints, and capabilities Create and maintain lightweight tools and scripts using Node.js Implement and manage Design Tokens and related pipelines across platforms Contribute to Angular 11+ applications when required Perform integration testing using Playwright Maintain clean Git workflows including: Semantic commits Automated changelog-friendly practices Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and delivery speed Collaborate effectively with multiple teams and provide clear technical documentation Primary Skills Required Modern CSS without dependency on UI frameworks Native Web Components & Shadow DOM Latest TypeScript standards Lit / LitElement Angular 11+ Node.js scripting Design Tokens implementation & pipelines Tooling development for multi-team environments Git strategies supporting automated changelogs AI-augmented development practices Secondary / Soft Skills Excellent communication skills Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams Ability to work in multi-team environments Preferably aligned to Nearshore / similar time zones Good to Have Experience working on enterprise design systems Knowledge of scalable UI architecture Familiarity with CI/CD workflows for front-end applications Exposure to component-driven development methodologies Interview Focus Areas Web Components & Shadow DOM Modern CSS architecture TypeScript best practices Lit/LitElement implementation Angular integration Design Tokens & UI consistency Node.js utilities/tooling Git workflow standards Playwright testing Cross-team collaboration experience
