Role Description The Front Desk Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming, efficient experience for residents and visitors.

This role manages reception activities, including greeting guests, coordinating check-ins and check-outs, handling phone calls, and managing reservations or bookings related to the property. The Front Desk Manager monitors customer service standards, resolves inquiries and concerns, and coordinates with internal teams such as facilities, security, and housekeeping to address resident needs promptly. The role also includes maintaining front desk records and reports, supervising front desk staff, implementing standard operating procedures, and supporting initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and community experience.

Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on creating a positive resident and visitor experience. Experience in front desk or Receptionist Duties, such as greeting guests, managing check-ins/check-outs, and maintaining reception area standards. Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, with skills in handling phone calls, email correspondence, and in-person interactions.

Ability to manage Reservations, scheduling, and basic booking systems or property management software. Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, or residential community management is highly beneficial. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with common office tools and software (e.g., MS Office, email platforms); familiarity with front desk or CRM systems is an advantage. Diploma or degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
