Freshworks Engineer

Role: Freshworks Engineer Location: Remote/WFH (US Eastern Shift) Duration: 3 months Contract We are seeking a Freshworks Engineer to support forms automation and platform enhancements . The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring and optimizing Freshworks forms, performing system tweaks and minor customizations, and improving overall process workflows. The engineer will also ensure proper documentation of processes and configurations to support ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements related to forms and workflow automation. Configure, customize, and optimize forms within the Freshworks platform. Perform system tweaks, enhancements, and minor coding/customizations as required.

Design and improve process flows to enhance operational efficiency. Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for form configurations and workflows. Document system configurations, workflows, and implementation processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs. Required Skills: Hands-on experience with Freshworks platform (such as Freshdesk or Freshservice). Experience with forms configuration and automation .

Basic knowledge of workflow automation and process design . Familiarity with scripting or minor coding/customization within Freshworks. Experience in requirements gathering and documentation .

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills . Good communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
