French Language Trainer

Role Description The French Language Trainer will deliver classroom-based instruction to learners preparing for study abroad programs, focusing on all core language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and conducting lessons, assessing learner progress, providing individual feedback, and preparing students for relevant French language proficiency exams. The trainer will also contribute to curriculum improvement, create teaching materials, and participate in academic planning with the team.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, requiring regular classroom engagement and collaboration with colleagues and learners.
Qualifications

• Strong competencies in Language Teaching and Lesson Planning, with the ability to design structured, learner-centered French courses.
• Demonstrated experience in Teaching and Education, including classroom management and assessment of learner performance.
• Solid understanding of French Literature and culture to enrich lessons and contextualize language learning.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written), with clear and effective communication skills in English.
• Relevant degree or certification in French language, education, or related fields (e.g., DELF/DALF, university degree in French).
• Experience preparing learners for international language exams or study abroad programs is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, maintain punctuality, and manage full-time teaching schedules.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices.
