Role & Responsibilities Development and customization of Odoo ERP modules ERP implementation and integration with business processes Handling modules like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Accounting, Manufacturing, etc. Backend development using Python and PostgreSQL API integrations and workflow automation Troubleshooting, support, and performance optimization Working directly with business stakeholders for requirement gathering Required Experience & Skills Strong experience in Odoo/OpenERP Python development PostgreSQL ERP implementation/customization XML, JavaScript, QWeb Odoo deployment and integrations Engagement Details Commitment: ~35 hours per week with predictable workload and clear deliverables Work Model: 100% remote engagement from our side Compensation: Monthly payouts with a transparent pay cycle Tenure: Long-term engagement for high performers; continuity and stability assured Eligibility: Open only to professionalscurrently working in a full-time remote role(validated during screening) Growth: Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact products alongside senior engineering leadership
