Job Title: Franchise & Operations Manager Location: Ahmadabad, Gujrat Position Overview: This is not a maintenance role. This is a build & scale role . You will be responsible for: Expanding and scaling franchise network Driving on-ground sales growth through partners Ensuring strong execution in General Trade (GT) If you enjoy building markets, closing partners, and driving execution, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Franchise Expansion (Primary Focus) Identify and onboard high-potential franchise partners Build new markets and strengthen existing ones Drive speed, quality, and scale in partner acquisition 2. Business Growth & Execution Own secondary sales growth through franchise network Ensure outlet coverage, visibility, and availability Work closely with sales teams to improve beat productivity 3.
Partner Performance Management Drive revenue per franchise Monitor performance and push corrective actions Build strong, long-term relationships with partners 4. On-Ground Problem Solving Resolve real-time challenges across supply, pricing, and execution Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) Ensure smooth day-to-day operations for partners 5. Market Intelligence Track competitor activity and pricing Identify growth opportunities in assigned markets Bring insights that drive faster decision-making Qualifications & Skills: Education: MBA (Sales / Marketing / Operations) Experience: 5–10 years of experience in FMCG / Beverage / GT Sales Strong experience in: Distributor / channel management Market expansion Secondary sales growth Someone who: Loves on-ground execution Can open markets and close deals Is highly result-driven and action-oriented Can work in an unstructured, high-growth environment Franchise experience is a plus, not mandatory
