AAFM India is looking for a Franchise Manager to lead the growth and performance of our franchise / partner network across India. We are seeking a result-oriented professional who can: Identify and onboard quality franchise partners Drive partner activation and revenue growth Manage franchise relationships and performance Ensure compliance, reporting, and business scalability Key KRAs Franchise acquisition and expansion Partner onboarding and activation Revenue generation from franchise network Partner engagement and retention Compliance and process adherence Local business development support Key KPIs Number of new franchise sign-ups Conversion ratio of qualified prospects % partners activated within timeline Monthly revenue from franchise network Admissions/enrollments per franchise Partner retention and compliance scores Preferred background: Franchise development, channel sales, partner management, education/edtech business expansion.
