This role is also responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies, ensuring supply cabinets are stocked, and monitoring suites to ensure toner availability. Additionally, the Mailroom Assistant will utilize CareConnect for Claims Mail Documentation research as needed and process Claims and documents mail outs as requested.
Salary Range: $26.42 - $37.49 hourly Job Qualifications Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Previous mail room experience required Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient in MSOffice Knowledge of billing information and claim forms Previous experience working in the Care Connect System Ability to interface with all levels of the organization in a professional manner Organized and detailed orientated Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced department Ability to handle concurrent tasks and able to work with minimal supervision Strong communication skills Previous front office experience preferred Ability to lift up to 35 lbs As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts an offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of substantiated misconduct with a previous employer.
