Competitive Compensation Generous Health Benefits Employee Stock Purchase plan 401K Plan Wellness programs with mental health support and fitness options Company discounts/perks Established global organization with strong brand recognition and operational scale High visibility FP&A team supporting multi-brand global gaming operations Exposure to senior leadership and strategic planning cycles Opportunity to shape reporting, forecasting, and operating models Leadership opportunity managing and mentoring finance talent Job Details Operational Finance Leadership Lead annual planning cycles and rolling forecasts for Global Gaming operations Develop revenue forecasts, expense projections, and capital planning models Conduct monthly business performance reviews analyzing KPIs and financial results Present performance insights and recommendations to Director-level leadership and above Identify operational trends and improvement opportunities through financial analysis Support cross-functional initiatives tied to financial performance and operational goals Reporting, Systems & Process Improvement Enhance financial reporting packages and analytical schedules used in leadership reviews Manage capital review processes including CAR creation, analysis reports, and system management Support process improvements, reporting automation, and analytics development Partner with business teams to improve expense tracking and performance visibility Utilize financial systems and analytics tools to deliver actionable insights Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics MBA preferred 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles Strong leadership capability with experience managing or mentoring analysts Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency Experience with IBM Cognos TM1, Oracle Financial Systems, and Tableau Power BI, Power Apps, or SQL exposure a plus Knowledge of GAAP or CPA designation a plus Interested in hearing more?
