Lead financial efficiency as an FP&A Manager, shaping budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to boost profitability. Drive strategic insights and operational excellence in a collaborative environment. This role, a key component of the Finance team, focuses on enhancing operational efficiency while managing cost structures and pricing strategies.

You will guide cross-functional leaders by translating complex financial data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and overall business performance. Key Responsibilities: • Lead financial forecasting framework and budget processes • Develop financial models and scenario analyses • Deliver forecasts and insights to drive growth • Build dashboards to track KPIs and support reporting • Enhance FP&A processes using BI tools and ERP systems Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics • 5+ years FP&A experience in manufacturing or consumer goods • CPA or Master’s degree as an asset • Proficient in ERP systems like Power BI • Strong analytical and communication skills Bring your expertise in financial planning and analysis to drive efficiency and strategic decision-making. #J-18808-Ljbffr
