FP&A Manager | Professional Services | Leicester (Hybrid) Up to £75,000pa + competitive benefits We're currently partnering exclusively on a fantastic opportunity for a qualified FP&A professional to join a high-growth, private equity-backed professional services group. This role works closely with senior leadership, driving commercial insight and shaping strategic decision‑making across a complex, fast‑evolving organisation. Leicester City Centre | 2/3 days in office (hybrid).

What You’ll Be Doing Leading budgeting, forecasting & long-range planning cycles Delivering high‑quality MI, KPI reporting & variance analysis Building robust financial models to support strategic decisions Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business Producing board‑level reporting and investor‑focused insights Driving process improvement and automation across FP&A What we’re looking for Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Strong FP&A / business partnering experience (essential) Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow models Advanced Excel & financial modelling skills, knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Power BI, MS Dynamics, SAP or Oracle) Commercial mindset with ability to influence senior stakeholders Experience in fast‑paced, dynamic environments – prior experience within a private‑equity backed environment (desirable) This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a visible, commercially influential role with real scope to shape performance and add value.
