You'll partner with leadership to drive data-informed decisions, build financial models, and support strategic planning as we scale. This is a remote-first role based in New York City, with the flexibility to work from San Francisco, Austin, Chicago, Seattle, Los Angeles, Boston, or Denver.## Responsibilities* •Build and maintain financial models for revenue forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning* •Prepare monthly financial reports with variance analysis and actionable insights* •Partner with department leads to develop budgets and track spend against plan* •Support fundraising and board reporting with investor-grade financial materials## Requirements* •2–4 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or financial consulting* •Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with financial modeling tools* •Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy* •Excellent communication skills — ability to translate numbers into narrativesfor details. #J-18808-Ljbffr
