FP&A Analyst

We are partnering with a high-performing, commercially focused business based in Birmingham City Centre to recruit an FP&A Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking finance team where you will play a key role in driving insight, performance, and strategic decision-making. This FP&A Analyst role would suit a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys getting under the skin of the numbers and influencing stakeholders across the business.

The Role: As FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality analysis and supporting the business with forward-looking insight. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes Delivering insightful financial analysis on performance, trends, and key drivers Building and enhancing financial models to support decision-making Partnering with non-finance stakeholders to provide commercial insight Supporting month-end reporting with variance analysis and commentary Driving continuous improvement across FP&A processes and reporting About You: You will be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent experience Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience Confident communicator, able to influence and challenge stakeholders Advanced Excel skills (experience with modelling highly desirable) Proactive, inquisitive and commercially aware mindset What s on Offer as the FP&A Analyst: Salary circa £65,000 per annum, depending on experience Hybrid working model Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision-making A collaborative, ambitious finance team If you are looking for a role where you can make a real impact and develop your career within a commercially driven environment, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
