Role: FP&A Analyst Type: Permanent Location: City of London Salary: Β£60,000βΒ£70,000 + bonus + pension + additional benefits Working pattern: 4 days per week in the office Equifind is supporting a boutique fund manager based in the City of London, specialising in the acquisition and management of European real estate assets. The business is currently fundraising for its third fund, with a strong deal pipeline extending into H2 2026. As part of this growth, the firm is future-proofing its support functions and has created a new role to support its newly established FP&A function.
The position offers broad exposure across fund operations, asset-level performance and strategic financial analysis, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities Support CFO to establish and develop a new FP&A capability for the platform, building tools, models and processes from the ground up Build forward-looking financial models to support fundraising, capital deployment and strategic decision-making Partner with investment and asset management teams to analyse deal performance, sensitivities and portfolio-level returns Produce budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis across both fund-level and corporate-level planning Support senior leadership with commercial insights, board materials and investor presentations Application Requirements Qualified chartered accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) Experience working within a private equity or real estate platform Prior experience supporting budgeting and forecasting activities Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and international environment Commercially minded with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills Whatβs on Offer Β£60,000βΒ£70,000 base salary Annual bonus scheme 25 daysβ annual leave Employer pension contribution Opportunities for career progression and professional development Collaborative and inclusive working environment Employee assistance programmes and additional benefits
