As the FP&A Analyst , you will be responsible for the following: Management of divisional forecasting/reforecasting, building financial modelling tools to improve financial planning processes Monthly management reporting including variance analysis/commentary and feeding back financial position and future strategies to department heads Overseeing the divisional budgeting process and maintaining budget monthly Business partnering stakeholders throughout the business within your divisions Continuous improvement of FP&A processes, systems and procedures to ensure best practice and long-term efficacy in the team Monitoring performance of financial and non-financial KPIs, identifying variances from budget and ongoing trends, proposing remedial strategies where necessary The ideal candidate will be ACCA , ACMA or ACA qualified with 1-2 years\' post-qualification experience. You\'ll need to be strong with month end reporting, financial planning and analysis, and business partnering/senior stakeholder engagement. This is a permanent role, based on site in Solihull full time , with flexible working available when required. xwzovoh Initially paying £60,000 to £65,000 plus benefits.
