Kipsi is a venture-backed bespoke technology platform for accounting firms looking to streamline and automate their client engagements. Our software helps firms of all sizes complete client engagements efficiently and effectively. Kipsi is based in the Bay Area but we are a remote-first company. Kipsi is founded by product, accounting and engineering leaders with extensive software experience from companies like Apple, Netflix, Deloitte and BlackLine. We are passionate about using technology to improve the accounting profession and make the lives of accountants easier. Who You Are We are looking for a Founding Engineer to join our growing engineering team. As an early member of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to influence everything including engineering, culture, product roadmap, architecture and strategy. You will work directly with our CEO, CTO, and other engineers to influence every aspect of the platform.
