Founding Engineer

Hiring Founding Engineer @ Kansha Care (Full-time | Delhi NCR preferred) We’re building India’s ambient safety infrastructure for senior citizens living independently — combining sensing hardware, behavioral intelligence, and real-world response operations to help families ensure safer aging at home without relying entirely on full-time attendants. We’re currently in pilot stage with live deployments and are building toward a much larger ambient health intelligence platform for aging at home. This is a true 0-to-1 role.

You will make foundational technical decisions and own outcomes end-to-end. What kind of problems will you work on? Integrating and evaluating sensor hardware from global OEMs Building signal pipelines and event-driven monitoring systems Designing behavioral baseline and anomaly detection systems for seniors living independently Building operator workflows for emergency response and field operations Creating integrations with ambulance providers, medicine delivery platforms, telemedicine and communication systems Thinking deeply about reliability, edge cases, and real-world operational infrastructure Who are we looking for? 1–3 years of experience (strong recent grads also welcome) Willing to own the full stack, including infrastructure — not just application code Curious about hardware + software systems, operational complexity, and real-world deployment challenges Comfortable moving fast in ambiguity without heavy process What you get: Direct say in product and technical direction from Day 1 Opportunity to shape the architecture end-to-end Fixed compensation + potential for long-term ownership for the right fit Reach out if interested: [email protected]
