Food Services Manager

Tomo Sushi Japanese Restaurant is located at 26391 Fraser Hwy., Aldergrove (Langley), BC V4W 2Z7. We are currently looking for a permanent, full time Food Services Manager. If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail or mail.

Position: Food Services Manager Wages: CAD$29.00-37.00/hour (depending on experience) Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays) Working hours: 30- 40 hours/week Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties: Plan and control budget and inventory Determine type of foods to be offered and implement operational procedures Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Review and adjust staff schedule when necessary Recruit and oversee staff training and conduct performance reviews Resolve customer complaints and ensure provincial regulations are followed Manage catering and advertisements

Job Requirements: Completion of secondary school; Minimum 3 years of work experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience required. Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset.
